Travelled a short way from Ansty to collect Kelly and Dave from Brinklow, but then as we were taking on diesel at Rose narrowboats, they found us there. Managed to find moorings at Newbold, the weather had changed and turned quite cold.

Next stop was to Tesco at Rugby, to replenish our stocks. Left Rugby in the sunshine, but unfortunately the rain came just as we got to Hillmorton locks. As the weather had turned Kelly and Dave decided it was time for them to leave us and get a taxi back to the car to head back home.
