Napton Flight

Left Braunston, headed for the flight of 9 locks at Napton. It was still quite windy today and as the Oxford canal is very twisty it was a little challenging in places. The scenery is very rural with beautiful countryside on both sides of the canal and plenty of new born lambs to distract us. We took on water at the bottom of the flight, 4 hours later we were leaving the top lock at Marston Doles, the summit of the Oxford canal, from here on it is all down hill to Oxford.
