Upper Thames, on our way to Lechlade

We travelled from Kidlington, taking a sharp right through Dukes Cut lock and onto the Upper Thames.

The scenery suddenly changes again as we are now on the river, we have a nice run through to our first manned lock at Eynsham.

Ian now has a rest, as all the locks on the Thames are manned.

From there on the fun started as we tried to find moorings, Windsong got stuck on a sandbank, about 8 foot from the bank completely wedged, not going anywhere. Four hours later we finally managed to pull them free.
