Another very windy day, but luckily the Bridgewater canal is quite wide so we managed okay. We had a stop at Lymm, which is a lovely town, a lot of the shops were closed as it was bank holiday Monday. We had a walk down the Dingle to Lymm Dam, then had a quick shop for provisions and called in at the chip shop for lunch. Carried on a little further to moor at Little Bollington.

That white house in Lymm is where Matthew Corbett, of Sooty fame, lives.
We stayed overnight in Lymn it's a lovely place, but the moorings were very busy when we were there!
We did see Matthew Corbett but not in Lymn on the Macc!
glad you escaped the stocks.!!lovely photo's of lymn and the area.
Thanks for the snippets of info, we didn't see Matthew Corbett but it now explains the topiary pot on the front. I couldn't make out if it was a lion or monkey, doh, could have been a bear !!!!!
